Bella Roma was established in 1970
and today, Ross uses ingredients that you would find in Nonno's garden
back in Naples! Fresh dough and sauces made daily and seasonings
chopped by hand. Each pizza is prepared and specially made
at the customers request.
Bella Roma would like to extend an

As a young boy in a small town of
Naples, called Monte Di Procida, Rossano Scotto Di Frego dreamed
of going to America where the streets were paved in gold! He
wanted to own a fine Pizzeria, where he could create delicious
culinary works of art. At the very young age of 14 he ventured out
leaving behind his parents and family to work on his own, in
America! Ross worked in many different types of pizza parlors and
restaurants learning different techniques and skills mastering the
principles it takes to run a fine restaurant! With hopes in mind,
that he will own his own place one day!

Over four decades later, Ross found Bella Roma in South
Bound Brook and his dreams came true. After purchasing Bella Roma,
Ross updated and redesigned the dinning area creating a warm,
friendly atmosphere where customers could feel at home.
Ross also modified the menu, using recipes that his
great grandmothers made and taught for generations in Monte Di Procida. He makes dinners
that will have your taste buds begging for more. Using only the finest ingredients that
are imported from Italy and handmade everyday, helps to make his dishes an experience to
remember and, not before long you will be signing O-Sole-Mio!
